Soo RS3 372
This Soo Line loco started out as an ALCO RS-D3, that is a RS3 with A1A bogeys. The Soo Line shops replaced the A1A bogeys with 'B' bogeys making it look like a RS3 and then they winterized it by by adding cooling duck work from the fan to the generators.
