This is one of a set of 4 PPR Flatcars that are outfitted to be part of a Work Train, for laying and/or repairing track.
They can be used with the 'Bucyrus Erie 250t Crane' (kuid 60238:15028) and appropriate engines to build a proper Work Train.
The kuids for the five cars are; 59906:10500 and 59906:10502 thru 59906:10504.
