USA PRR Class S1 Steam Engine

The Pennsylvania S1 was a one-of-a-kind experimental 6-4-4-6 duplex steam locomotive. Operation of this engine was limited to the western portion of the PRR's routes. Lessons learned by building this locomotive lead to PRR's highly successful T1.
