PRR Maintenance Flat Car

This is a Pennsylvania Railroad flat car for use with the PRR Marion shovel mounted on a flat car.

It is used as a lead car so the shovel bucket can be positioned over it for transport in a maintenance train.

It has been updated for TRS with a shadow model.
