Coal Tipple TRS no Stockpile

An new version of my coal tipple that was included (built in) in the TRS2004 release of Trainz. It has removed the coal original animated stockpile, that did not suit all uers, corrected night model, and other refinements. It will not automatically replace the original model, it is an alternative model.
