This is a static overhead crane for use in rail yards, to load and unload rail wagons. It is typical of the cranes used in the UK in the early part of the century, being steam powered.

It has smoke and night windows, and the clearance height sign is renamable from within Trainz.

Once installed you will find it as Rail Overhead Crane in the UK scenery listing.
