Seaplane Base 2

A seaplane base including landing wharf, restaurant and office buildings. Either tracks may be used, the inner track is 3 metre from the landing for narrow Ferries, and the outer is 4.5 metres from the landing for the wider City Cat. The third wider track is for flying boats like the Sunderland. It also has a heliport with attached track.

Adjust the height to match any attached invisible track which should be placed 3 metres above water level.
