A flyable Mk VB Spitfire, JHC. This Second World War aircraft had a top speed of 374 mph (594 kph) and an all up weight of 2911 kg.

The aircraft has an automatically operating landing gear. This retracts at takeoff speed (100 kph) set in the script. It lowers at speeds below 100kph. The speeds for tilting and landing gear retraction on takeoff may be altered in the string table above - speeds are in kph.

The propellors are animated and the aircraft tilts and banks realistically. It does not have an operating interior, but does have various exterior views based on an invisible interior, use the [ and ] keys from the interior view.

The wing cannon emit smoke and sound when operated by the bell keyboard key B.
The aircraft will flare on landing, use the B key or trigger setting 2.
