Freightlink J CLASS

WAGR J Class Diesel Electric shunter.
The WAGR J class had 5 locomotives in total.
Numbered 101 to 105.Introduced from July 1966 to October 1966.
The J class saw a similar use to the H class;
firstly for construction work on the standard gauge,
and then mostly shunting at the main yards in Perth and along the standard gauge.
Most of the class were sold to Great Northern in the mid-90's.
