The Haysi RR was an independent coal hauler, bought by the Clinchfield.
The Haysi used an FB unit as motive power!
They cut a window in the front, added a headlight and bell and put in a control stand.
Old #1 worked until the early 90s on the Haysi Branch of the Clinchfield.
This is as close as I could get using paint shed, but it's a good representation.
