Route Building Block, set in modern USA, made for TANE and works with TRS19, detailed 5 meter Grid. Mainline going South to North with a T intersection to connect to a mainline heading West. There is a total of 9 baseboards. 3 baseboards wide by 3 baseboards tall. There are no industry features in the route, its main feature is that it is a connector, or merge section to the other CDE Trainz route pieces.

This Route section has a blend of rural farm, small town, and forest. 253 assets all built in or available from DLC.
