Grade Crossing US ATWS 'Advanced Train Warning System'. You will have to use Boats ATLS system to set this up. Set it on the same channel as the crossing it is protecting. Or you could set it up on a seperate channel and have the triggers set out further than the crossing triggers for a truly advance warning. Thanks to SantaFeBuff for pointing this sign out.
