Haddencott Tramway

This route was made in celebration of my 200th Trainz route building livestream.
Thank you all for the wonderful support!

This seasonal route features 7 official singleplayer sessions, and 2 official multiplayer sessions. All of which begin with 'H. Tramway', and are available on the DLS.

The Haddencott Tramway was originally built in the 1860s, connecting the canal (and adjacent industries) with the rest of the rail network. Shortly thereafter iron ore was discovered in the hills, and so a steelmill was constructed in the area, with the tramway having obtained the servicing rights to it even before it finished construction.

The area is also rich in history, featuring an abbey, historical towns, ruins, a castle, and ancient stone circles. Because of this, passenger services are a regular feature on the tramway not only for the residents of the area, but also for tourists who have come from far and wide.

In recent times bus services have started cropping up, giving the tramway some competition – and you the driver some interesting encounters.

There are quite a few easter eggs on the route itself, and even more on the individual sessions.
