C&S Combine 22 1915

17-seat combine built by the Hallack Brothers of Denver for the Denver, South Park & Pacific in 1874 from a Jackson & Sharp coach kit. It was pressed into service immediately as the DSP&P's only combine and crew space, and had to be rebuilt several times so that by 1898 it looked like a much more modern car, with a bullnose roof. At the C&S takeover, it became 122, and later 22, and was heavily rebuilt in 1911 and again in 1915. It went to work on the Buena Vista - St. Elmo service until track was removed in 1926, and then moved to Leadville as extra stock, where it was sold to Herr Supply Co and scrapped in 1928. Equipped with animated couplers and hoses, and animated doors. Has custom coupler sounds and random brake squeal. CMTM compatible.
