Kauai 2008 dawn

An update of a session for the Kauai 2008 map. Demonstrates some of the rail and air tracks available on the map. Driver commands, rules and the number of active vehicles have been trimmed back in the hope it will make it more compatible with TRS-2006 (although I can't guarantee it). Some errors in driver instructions have also been fixed.

Uses Wulf9's static safety block rule to prevent congestion at the Port Allen dock area.

A commuter train cycles to most of the stations around the island. Fuels from Port Allen are delivered to the US Navy base at Barking Sands and to the depot at Kilauea. Bulk 'sugar cane' (really woodchips) from the Kekaha cane loader is taken to the mill/biomass power plant at Puhi. Containers and general goods are distributed from Port Allen to Barking Sands and Hanalei. Logs cut at the Kealia camp are taken to the mill down by the coast, converted to lumber and exported from Kauai via the docks at Port Allen.
