Derelict propane tank 03

Small domestic propane tank suffering from rust and damage from rough handling.

This update adds LOD, revised 3D shape, improved texture/mapping and removes any payware- and language tags that N3V may have added in previous versions.

LOD's at 548, 292 and 24 triangles, 1 material per mesh. Made and updated in gmax.
