An interactive coal loading/unloading tower on the Kettle Valley Railroad in British Columbia, Canada. This re-build of bendorsey's 'KVRR coaling tower' eliminates the texture flickering and discontinuities, reduces polygon and material count significantly, adds normal map textures, LOD and height-adjustment ability. This update fixes my mistake in the processes configuration.
LOD poly-counts are 7136, 5346, 2530, 950, 494 triangles plus 2 materials. Requested by Michael Sutton (sirgibby). Modified in 3DS Max 2009 as permitted by forums.auran.com/trainz/showthread.php?91093&p=1012217#post1012217
