Mesh reworked to remove texture-flickering on side panels.

This updated version is rotated 90-degrees relative to previous versions so you can tilt it up- or downhill. Note: on layouts using previous versions of this asset, you may need to rotate the vehicle by 90 degrees so the new version faces the right way for you.
