Truck Oshkosh tanker 01

An Oshkosh 6x6 tanker with 18,000 litre (4000 gallon) tank.
Requested by William Rutgers.

Requires the AJS Traffic Library (kuid2:122285:901:2) as a dependency - it's on the DLS.

As road traffic, its height above the road and nightmode lighting times can be controlled.
To access traffic settings for this vehicle, place it on the ground in Surveyor, click on the Properties (?)
button in the Scenery tab, then on the vehicle. Note that nightmode will not be active when the vehicle is
