Chevy 3500 MoW UP

A 1990's Chevrolet 3500 used for maintenance-of-way work by Union Pacific rail. Road traffic version. This update fixes a problem with low-poly meshes displaying at close range.
The model includes glass windows, nightmode, cab interior, a driver figure, motor sound, LOD, normal maps and summer/snow textures. LODs have 4240, 3268, 1320, 378 and 36 triangles. Thanks to Jadebullet for the original photos used in textures and btvfd (Jim) for the UP logo.
