Streetlight 01 spline

A suburban powerline with a functioning streetlight on each pole, nominally every 30m. Updated with 3D wires for better visibility, LOD added and number of materials reduced.

The config was modelled on Electro's 4-wire power line (kuid:66724:407) because I really don't understand spline configs for TS2010. Thank you Electro.
