Passaggio a livello a 3 binari con una sbarra singola per strada C1.

Originale Davz77. Modifica di gigimori con script per renderlo ad uso 'Universale': funziona in ogni configurazione, connesso in modo tradizionale al binario, oppure con pedale-PLA, o integrato nei sistemi ATLS o TRC.

A sbarre sollevate ? muto e a semaforo spento, attiva semaforo e campana a sbarre in chiusura.
