VR S enginespec 09 revised

Modified VR S Class enginespecs. The original is by billegulla. Thanks Bill. It has been modified by me to reduce the safety valve noise and to make the boiler pressure more responsive to cut off, regulator setting and speed. Try to drive with a fully open regulator and adjust the cut off to maintain boiler pressure and speed.
