Hopper PON 2 Bay v2

Hopper, Port Ogden & Northern, 2 bay.

This has the Sleep Script. As a loose consist car this will not load the physics until the car is coupled onto a train. This should improve frame rates considerably.

The original model is by Randall White (Whitepass) of a 55 ton USRA/ARA 2bay hopper. 25,000 were built in 1918 alone and used mostly by the eastern and midwestern coal carriers.

The reskin is by Jim Sniper Ward. All I have added is additional bulk loads, including coals, woodchips, gravel and limestone, sands, ballast, cement, scrap iron and several ores. When fully loaded the freight car weighs about 60 tons.
