The layout is for TS12, without or with the Service Patch.

It is a Model Trainz layout, based on the Model Railroader 102 Realistic Track Plans, plan number 5, Federal Street.

The layout is a small switching yard serving several factories and manufacturing plants. Fiddle yards are located at both ends.

The route should appeal to those who like driving diesel and steam locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, those who like interactive industries and freight cars, and those who like playing with model trains.

Despite the high level of detail, frame rates will be excellent, even on mid range computers.
