The layout is for TS12, without or with the Service Patch.

It is a Model Trainz layout, based on the 43 Track Plans from the Experts, plan number 3, the Loleta and Mad River Railroad.

The layout depicts a small switching route serving a fishing port. The main industries include a fish cannery, log wharf, a bulks loader and several other industries. A Fiddle Yard is used to make up and feed consists into the layout.

The route should appeal to those who like driving diesel and steam locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, those who like interactive industries and freight cars, and those who like playing with model trains.

Despite the high level of detail, frame rates will be excellent, even on mid range computers.
