This layout is for T:ANE, both the standard and deluxe editions.

It is a Model Trainz layout, based on the 43 Track Plans from the Experts, plan number 3, the Loleta and Mad River Railroad.

*** All the dependencies needed by the route are either built in or on the Download Station. Use Content Manager to check that all the assets have been captured. ***

However, one dependency, sap_seafood_company, will show as faulty. The layout will still work with this faulty dependency but it is better deleted in Manage Content and replaced by the file downloaded from

The route should appeal to those who like driving diesel and steam locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, those who like interactive industries and freight cars, and those who just like playing with model trains.

Despite the high level of detail, frame rates will be excellent, even on mid range computers.
