Wisconson Logging & Timber Co #5 NG 3ft Shay by Lima

This is the work of Ben Neal, bdaneal. All I have done is make mofifications so that it works in Cab Mode in T:ANE.

This was one of the more common shay models. Production of the 28 ton 2 truck shay began in 1884, and continued until 1927. These were popular logging engines around the turn of the century, when the prototype for this model was built. As time wore on, larger models were preferred for domestic logging service, but many foreign logging outfits continued purchasing 28-2s up to 1927, when the last one was built. This model is a wood burner based on Wisconson Logging & Timber Co #5, Lima serial number 653. It was built around the turn of the century.
