Chuck, Joe, your final turn for the day.
On the barge you will find hoppers and fuel tankers.
First off, spot the black tanker loaded with loco diesel and the red hopper loaded with steaming coal at the Loco Fueling. They will be unloaded while you continue.
Swap the Shell tankers loaded with diesel for the empty BP tankers, one each, at both Mine Fuel Points.
The silver coal hoppers are for unloading, one each, at the Mine Coal Dumps.
You will find hoppers loaded with high grade ore at both mines. Dump this ore at the Rotary Dumper. Then reload these hoppers with high quality crushed ore at the Crush & Bag Ore Loader.
Finally load the barge with freight cars. You should load three tanks (black plus two BP), five hoppers (three empty plus two crushed ore). To fit them all on the barge you may need to load them as two tankers plus two hoppers on one track, and one tankers plus three hoppers on the other.
Sign off when finished.

A video showing how to unload the hoppers at the Rotary Dumper can be found in the Cilie Oldphartz thread in the Trainz Forums. The coal hoppers will unload automatically when spotted at the Coal Dumps. Make sure to spot only one car for unloading. You will need to manually unload the coal at Loco.
