TRS19 - The Port Zyd & Fulazturn - Session 1 - Black Nuggets v2

This session is for TRS19 - The Port Zyd & Fulazturn Railroad. It has been updated to work with TRS19 SP3.

Information about the layout and this session can be found in the N3V Trainz Forums Payware Forum. Search for Port Zyd.

All content is either built-in or from the Download Station. Use Manage Content to make sure all the dependencies have been captured.

In this session you have to undertake the roles of Locomotive Crew (drive the locomotive), Switchman (set the switches and couple and uncouple freight cars), Yard Master (direct the Crew to the correct location for loading and unloading) and Load Master (load and unload freight cars).

Industries are indicated by Interactive Industries with the prefix IND. To see these in Driver
Press the M-key to bring up the Map View.
You can zoom using the mouse wheel or PageUp/Down.
You can re-centre the map with mouse right click, or pan with Ctrl-cursor keys.
To see the Industries, menu top left, ticks against Industry Names and, to see the location of the AI trainz, Consists.
Other ticks are optional but may clutter the screen.
Press M to exit Map View.
If necessary, press the 2-key to take you back to the locomotive external view.

Alternatively, to find a specific industry, go to the top left of screen / Tools menu / Find Object.

The freight cars may or may not load or unload when spotted between the yellow markers. If they do not, use the manual method described in my Post in the Payware Forum. Move the mouse to the top left of the screen / Tools menu / Edit Trains. In the Rolling Stock fly-out, click on the Question Mark then on the freight car. Set the commodity values. There is a youtube video showing this process. Search youtube with 'Trainz TRS19 - Edit Trains in Driver'.

Chuck and Joe, this is The Dispatcher. Welcome to our little short line.
This morning you will be delivering coal to several industries.
Refuel your SD45 locomotive then attach the coal hoppers down in the Classification Yard.
Load the hoppers at the Coal Wharf, over in the port area and under the large moving gantry, close to the scrap yard.
Unload one car at each of Commercial Coal, M-What Power, Siners Coal, the District 9 and Eskbank Coal Pits, and at Volvo.
Return the hoppers to Classification and contact me for further instructions.

As an experienced engineer with an experienced train crew you may choose to do these tasks in any order.
Make sure only one car is spotted between the yellow markers for unloading.
See my post in the Payware Forum for a link to a youtube video showing how to use the Rotary Dumper. Alternatively, you can use the manual unloading method.

Other trainz will be circulating around the layout on the track with the concrete sleepers. You should give the AI trainz priority at all squeeze points (of which there are many). Remember - the track with the concrete sleepers is for the exclusive use of the AI trainz.
