Bell Centre

Construction started in 22 June 1993. The Centre opened on 16 March 1996 with a capacity of 21,273. Originally named the Molson Centre, in honour of the Molson family's long association with the Canadiens' hockey club, in 1 Sept 2002 it was changed to the Bell Centre, after Bell Canada bought the naming rights. It is located astride what used to be the track entrance to Windsor Station. Today, the commuter train station Lucien L'Allier abuts the west wall of the Bell Centre.
