Saturday at five thirty PM the Special Express leaves the Wellston Port platform to run the departing lake cruisers back to the airport. It's a clear day for a change but traffic is heavy on the line, as the freights are busy, trying to squeeze as much work as they can into the lite passenger weekend. Once at the airport you will pick up another group that is enroute to the port for the Saturday Night Moonlight cruise. The next stop Is Springfield Terminal, to pick up even more cruise patrons. After the consist is back at the Wellston Port Platform, and all the passengers have departed it will go back into the commuter rotation until Sunday, when somebody else comes off the extra board to do it again. It's a nice duty, so enjoy the sights as you 'cruise' along!
No pressure, by the way, but the next cruise leaves at eight PM!
