atls Xing MCB D Short HIGH

MCB Short Level Crossing; Double Track with 'high' road attachment. Use as a replacement for ATLS Xing MCB D Short - kuid:76656:28603.
To work with ATLS you will need the Controller/Slave kuid:76656:500041 V2.7.
If the road you are using sits too high, try kuid:76656:28613 for 'low' attachment.
This crossing uses barriers made by Adrian19. Many thanks to him for allowing me to add his mesh to this asset.
