ATLS Lights USA (SYL)

Version 2 - TRS 2009 Compatible with new features and improvements.
This is a USA - style road traffic light, (Single/Yellow/Lamp), to be used as an add-on to
the Advanced Traffic Light System, (ATLS). By kind permission of Maddy25, it uses her YARN lights mesh. Note though that this is a YARN traffic Light,
modified to be part of the ATLS, not the other way round. You will need all the other ATLS assets to make it work. It is not designed to be used in a YARN
set but advanced users may be able to work it in! Full instuctions on its ATLS use can be found in the Properties Dialogue Box, (Question Mark Icon in Surveyor)
