ATLS Lights USA (DYL)

This is a USA - style road traffic light, (Double/Yellow/Lamp), to be used as an add-on to the Advanced Trafic Light System, (ATLS).
By kind permission of Maddy25, it uses her YARN lights mesh. Note though that this is a YARN traffic Light modified to be part of the ATLS, not the other way round.
You will need all the other ATLS assets to make it work. It is not designed to be used in a YARN set but advanced users may be able to work it in!
