1969_ford_4x4_traffic

The 1967-72 Ford F series pickups were the pickup of choice for many in the Pacific Northwest during that time period, and I suspect they firmly established Ford's F-series pickup as an icon in American Automotive history. They represented pretty much everything that was wrong with American motoring at the time, they were big, gas guzzlers, and as the emmission controls began to be added about 1968, ran poorly and guzzled even more gasoline. Long about 1971, when the first oil crisis hit, one of these big gas guzzling Fords was probably the least desirable vehicle to own, but a lot of folks did. Offered here in 2 tone blue paint, and traffic ready
