4ft Pallet Wagon no Bumpers

4ft pallet wagon for the chep pallet products
I've released. This one has animated side gates
that will hinge down when loading and unloading.
The products included in the config are all the
drum products as well as basalt pavers & Cheps.
This version has no bumpers for the US guys and gals.

Thanx goes to anyone who had anything to do with
with the creation of my flatcar series of models,
including Auran's content CD, which I have robbed
bits off. Also cjlear for the use of his couplers
and realsquash bogies.
