Bitumen/tar (tank load). SP2 compatible with new multi industry
set up to run with my bitumen tankers, kuid2:81150:100319:0 & ..100320:0.
To set up yuour own tankers for this product, add to the products allowed
in the config file of the wagon, the kuid2 num for the product.
