PC B60b Baggage

Now, you may be wondering, 'Ian, why is there a PC B60 in an Amtrak pack? Amtrak never used these!' And to that I say, actually they had ONE for their wreck train, it even made it into Phase III, and is still around, albeit in full blue drab. But anyway, I added this because in the very early months/years of Amtrak, they used them provided from PC when PC let them borrow some equipment for use on northeastern trains. This can be seen in Green Frog's PENN CANTRAL series. After that, they were assigned to MoW and Mail Train service on Penn Central until around 1974.
