Columbia Western - Multiplayer Session V2

Here is the New Version of the Columbia Western Multiplayer session with some updates applied to the route.
PRIMARY CARGO
Coal, Oil, Passengers, Intermodal, TOFC, Lumber products, Paper Products, Logs, Mail & Express.
OPTIONAL CARGO (Not as Important)
General Goods, Woodchips, Chemical Liquids, Chemical Compounds, Palleted Goods, Fruits, Veggies, Grain, Gasoline, and Diesel.
PLAYER PARAMETERS
Up to 16 players are able to run on this Scenario
PLAYER RULES
1. Be sure to pull over for other players as there is mostly bi directional single track operations
2. there are no signals to govern trains, Any Game Host will most likely act as a dispatcher and issue track Athorities and Track Warrants on all sections.
3. Perform Railroad Acts, use your Bells and Horns at All railroad crossings regardless of the protection.
(Crossing Sequence - Long Long Short Long until crossing is complete)
4. Use a minumum of two locomotives per train with the locomotives facing opposite directions.
5. Do not change the weather or time of day without permission from the host.
OPTIONAL RULES
Kick penalties can be issued by the Host to players that continually Violate Track warrants and athorities thus can be potentially causing accidents
unless there are no other players present in that section of track, A Minimum of 3 violations are required for this rule to take effect.
