Coke Oven Style A

An interactive industry that converts coal into coke and coking gas.
This asset has been created as a part of a collection which covers the operations of a steel works.
A series of animations, triggered by embedded events files, allows the observation of plant operations in real-life order.
Coal is unloaded from rail wagons at a coal unloader (another industry asset in the series). Unloaded coal can then be washed and graded before sending to the coke ovens (Coke Oven Coal Washing Plant <kuid2:84609:28677:1>) or a direct feed from unloader to the coke ovens coal tower can be effected by employing a conveyor belt spline (Coke Oven Conveyor Spline <kuid2:84609:28675:1> and Coke Oven Conveyor Pylon <kuid2:84609:28676:1>).
Coal gas is offerred for use by the coking ovens'script sending a message. Output coke is loaded into rail wagons from a conveyor belt.
This asset MUST be used in conjunction with the asset 'Coke Oven Coal Unloader' <kuid2:84609:28903:9>. Optionally, coking gas and liquor by-products processing may be added - see assets 'LiquidsLoader' <kuid:368725:25000> and 'FertilizerPlant' <kuid:368725:25001>.
To enable the successful exchange of messages between the coal unloader, up to 3 dependent coke oven batteries, a liquids loading platform and an ammonium sulphate fertilizer plant, a strict naming convention must be followed.
Each set of processing plant,up to 3 oven batteries, liquids loader and fertilizer plant must be given a unique name that you specify by using Edit Properties in Surveyor.
The unique names consist of 3 parts separated by a blank spaces: a unique ID prefix, an asset-type ID and an asset number suffix for up to 3 coke ovens only. The ID is a name you give to a set. The asset-type ID is either 'CoalProcessing', 'CokeOvens', 'LiquidsLoader' or 'FertilizerPlant'. The asset number suffix for the coke ovens is '1', '2' or '3'.
For example, if the set name is 'Shelton', the asset type is 'CokeOvens' and it is the second coke ovens battery in the set, the unique name to enter is 'Shelton CokeOvens 2'.
This asset is compatible with the Shedmaster rule <kuid:160293:10065>. Compatibility must be set using Edit Properties in Surveyor.
