15ft 2 plank SECR wood frame early detailed JAG

The JAG System developed by Kessica is script being used for the lamp handling effects and ACS Coupling. Chris Nawlins gave lots of feedback.
It uses Edward Heap's wooden frame and detailed bogey. Thanks to PaulHobbs and Trainboi1 for their mesh library elements, many of which have been used in the model.
