SS Watertank 01v2

Backcountry watertank 01 version 2 for use with narrow gauge scenes. Interactive water tank provides Auran water product to enabled locos and rolling stock. Animited spigot and twinkles/sound effects. Originally made for TRS2006 Northbay County project. New kuid obsoletes previous kuid with 127 version error. 081224 ver 2 fixed script error and added height range.
