CNR Switch Stand Yard 5

Canadian National Railways, Racor 17B type switchstand with
yellow target and reflectors for siding/yard use, right hand side.
Should be positioned so that the target is facing the driver when in the reverse position.
Updated to be closer to the prototype and to include normal mapping and LOD.
