Midwest Central - Base Session V359A

This is the base session for the Midwest Central route, kuid2:87783:1134:5, build 359, dated 14 April, updated for bug fixes in the original v359 session.

No rolling stock in this session, but use it as a starting point if you wish to design your own scenarios. MidCen makes extensive use of the Invisible Speed Signal to set train speed through turnouts. Since the ISS is a session-based control, loading MidCen without a session resets all of the ISS controls to their default settings. There are 55 of them and programming yourself them will take about two hours. Not recommended. :-)
