Iron Ore Run, a session for the Midwest Central route, Release 2 BETA3 <kuid:87783:1198:3> 28 December 2007.

It's a rainy morning in South Claremont and time for a long run with a heavy load of iron ore. Mount up on 9821 and drive over to the mine to pick up your hopper cars. Load 'em up, then use the Y to turn the locomotives.

Head north to the mainline at Huntersville and then west to Freikenberg Iron Works, at MP30.5. Unload your train there, then optionally head back to the main yard, MP17.2. Set out the empties on track 7, then park the locos at the tower.

Time: South Claremont to Freikenberg, about 60 minutes. Add about 20 minutes for the run back to the yard. Difficulty: Easy.
