A LIRR whistle board, Scenery version.
Whistle boards are used to warn drivers that they are approaching a level crossing, and must sound the horn prior to the crossing to give motorists warning of the trains approach. They were placed 440 yards (approx 400m) from the center of the crossing.
This sign can be rolled, by holding shift whilst rotating.
