CPL 02a LHS

B&O style Color Position Light (CPL).
This version is a modified style 02, with stop, approach,
approach medium and clear. It doesn't have the diverging
signals (medium approach and medium clear).
Also, this is the same as CPL_02a, except it goes on the
left hand side (LHS) of the track.
