CPL 02b LHS

B&O style Color Position Light (CPL).
This version is a modified style 02, with stop, medium approach,
and medium clear only...used for the end of a passing siding.
Also, this is the same as CPL_02b, except it goes on the left hand side
(LHS) of the track. Note: in order to get it to work correctly, I made
approach look like medium approach and clear look like medium clear.
