This version has about 40 miles of new main and branchline trackage, 5 new towns, and 3 new commodities: Phosphate Fertilizer, Autoframes, and Paint.

The route is built within the Trainz Gold Edition. I haven't downloaded any third party assets, though many may only be available as packaged items, attainable by downloading routes within Trainz.
